Where can I find exercise equipment built for very heavy people
l am a very heavy person, right now l weigh a little over 400lbs. l have
decided to make a change and start exercising. l have been looking into
different exercise machines but l have not been able to find any that can
handle my weight. Most have a weight limit of 250-300lbs. Is there anyone
else out there who might have had this experience and could give me a few
pointers on where to look. Also l am wondering what would be the best type
of exerciser to get to burn fat. l know cardio machines are built for that but there are many types and one that would not be hard on my knees would be great.

Try concept2.com . They are very strong machines. Even if the standard
machine is not able to handle your weight, custom machine with a sturdier
tube and legs should be no trouble to manufacture. Mine has a 1/8 inch
stainless steel frame tube and legs.
Resistance on a rowing machine is, really, as hard as you want to pull. Some excellent weight loss stories on their forums.
